"Wow, my experience couldn't be more different than a lot of people here. I thought my pilot light went out in my oven. I waited for the gas company to come and relight it, and when the guy showed up, he told me that it had an electric ignition switch, and that I would have to call an actual repairman. Since I had already taken time off work for this thing, I found West Coast online and they even had a same day appointment available. The guy shows up on time, fixes the ignition switch and it's good as new. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. It doesn't come a lot better than that!"
